Spray-foam is planned in board-feet (1 board-foot = 1 ft² at 1 inch) and bought by the kit or set. The table below lists labeled yields per kit/set — confirm on the kit; real yield drops with temperature and waste. Use it with the spray-foam board-feet calculator and the set / kit calculator.

Labeled yields — 1 board-foot = 1 ft² at 1 inch, so a kit covers (yield ÷ thickness) square feet. Confirm on the kit; nominal yield assumes ideal temperature and minimal waste. Larger pro sets yield more.
